In the Yard

On a hot, 90-something degree afternoon in late June Isabella just had to go outside to play. Fortunately, our new house has a nice, big yard for her to roam in. And a nice, big, shady tree for mama to sit under.
Bella’s favorite occupations: picking up sticks, swinging them, hitting stuff with them; holding on to the fence and rattling the bars of her cage; trying to open the gate; watching the people at the ice-cream shop next door; running around with her sippy cup; trying to call dada on mama’s cell phone; ignoring mama’s calls for her to stay in sight; being cute.
